Errol Morris -- http://www.errolmorris.com/commercials/miller.html -- director of The Fog of War, The Thin Blue Line, Cheap, Fast and Out of Control, etc -- directed that Miller commercial.
Hey TS - I hadn't ever tried MHL, but your blog inspired me to give it a shot. Working late at the office with a colleague. Good enough excuse to split a 40.
Upon unscrewing the cap and smelling its bouquet, I was immediately transported back to high school days where we drank the cheapest Milwaukee's Best. Not quite my cup of tea.
But that commercial is indeed great. Really great!
A 40 is a big commitment. I think the way to go is the ice cold 8 oz pony bottle, or perhaps the ice cold 12 oz bottle. When it is really hot out. It is the perfect summer heat and humidity beer (when really cold).

ReplyDeleteLouis,
ReplyDeleteYep. Good stuff, even without the iterreotron.

What a wonderful commercial. And what a pity that "patriots" today would consider that sentiment to be communisitic.
