Looks like a Piper 6. Pretty fun planes to fly, and actually sort of utilitarian.
It was exactly that, piper cherokee 6 with 7 seats. I flew it for 15 minutes, and I must say it was the best plane I have ever flown.
The photo featuring a giant cowboy emerging from your head seems a bit like a bizarre homage to Sheldon Brown's eagle http://www.sheldonbrown.com/eagle.html .
